Service contracts are available for each of our products. The main features are:

Installed without charge. Installation will include all necessary labour and fittings.

Installation & Cleaning:
Where required the existing drainage system will be cleaned prior to installation of our equipment.  This will be achieved by flushing the system with a chemical cleaning product.  Where serious blockages occur we reserve the right to charge extra for any deep cleaning or drain replacement.

Maintenance:
We will call on a regular basis to inspect and maintain the equipment and to restock with fresh chemical.  The time interval between visits will depend upon the expected chemical usage and will not be less than every 3 months.  We also undertake to call out on demand in the case of a fault or other emergency.

Contact term:
 3 years

Payment:
 3 months in advance, thereafter monthly by standing order.
